The service

Nourish is a marketplace that connects Clients with independent wellness Agents. Agents are responsible for the services they provide. Nourish verifies Agent credentials before they can take enquiries, and Agents may only offer services within their verified scope.

Not an emergency service

Nourish is not an emergency or crisis service and does not replace emergency care. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical help, contact your local emergency number.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Bookings and payments

Prices are shown before you pay and are confirmed by our servers. Payments are processed by our payment providers. Closing an enquiry does not by itself complete or cancel an appointment. Cancellations and refunds are reviewed under the applicable cancellation and refund policy.

Products

Product recommendations from Agents are optional. Orders, returns and refunds follow the return policy for your market.

Agents

Agents agree to keep their credentials current, provide services within their verified scope, and respect Client privacy and consent. Consultation earnings and qualifying product commissions are paid through weekly settlements.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, harass other users, share content you do not have the right to share, or try to access data or accounts you are not authorised to access.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will let you know about material changes in the app or on this website.
