How Nourish works
From finding the right Agent to your first consultation, everything happens in the Nourish Client app.

1. Create your account
Download the Nourish Client app and sign up with your email. Verify your email address to keep your account secure.

2. Discover verified Agents
Browse Agents by the services they offer. Each profile shows their verified services, pricing and when they are available. Every Agent has had their credentials reviewed by our team.

3. Send an enquiry
Tell the Agent a little about what you are looking for. They can respond and open a private conversation so you can decide together whether to book. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to anything.

4. Book and pay securely
Choose an available time. The price is confirmed by our servers, and you pay through a trusted payment provider. You receive a record of the payment in the app.

5. Meet by chat, audio or video
Join your consultation from the app at the booked time. Calls are not recorded.

6. Follow up and shop
Keep the conversation going with your Agent. If they recommend a product, you can choose to buy it in the app — it is always optional.
Referrals only with your consent
If your Agent thinks another Agent could help, they will ask you first. You see exactly who the referral is to and what information would be shared, and nothing is shared unless you approve. No response means no.
Not for emergencies
Nourish is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical help, contact your local emergency number.
