Privacy policy

This document is a draft and is pending legal review. It will be updated before Nourish launches publicly.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as your name, email address and the role you use (Client or Agent).
  • Agent credentials that Agents submit for verification. These are stored privately and reviewed only by authorised staff.
  • Enquiries, messages and bookings you create in the apps.
  • Orders and payments. Card and bank details are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Device information needed to deliver notifications and calls, such as push notification tokens.
  • Website contact form details you send us, used only to reply to you.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the marketplace: verifying Agents, connecting Clients and Agents, processing bookings, payments, refunds and settlements, providing support, keeping the service secure and meeting legal obligations.

Who can see your information

  • Conversations, files and booking details are shared with the Agents you choose to work with.
  • An Agent can refer you to another Agent only after you approve the named recipient and exactly what will be shared. No response is treated as no consent.
  • Raising a support ticket does not give our support staff access to your private conversations or files.
  • We share payment information with our payment providers to process transactions.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

Notifications

Push notifications about sensitive wellness activity use generic wording so that private details are not shown on your lock screen.

Calls

Audio and video calls are not recorded.

Security

We protect data with access controls, encrypted connections and private file storage with short-lived access links. We avoid recording private messages, wellness records or document contents in system logs.

Your choices

You can update your profile in the app and contact us to ask about accessing, correcting or deleting your information, subject to records we must keep by law (for example, payment records).
